ALFRED UNIVERSITY UNBLOCKS NAPSTER

3/27/00 - Alfred University, in Alfred, NY, was indeed banning Napster but as of last Thursday, March 23, has reconfigured its resources in order to allow the use of Napster again. They have changed it so that Napster will work unless another major program/site is being used by a majority of students, and then Napster falls in priority. Sounds like a good plan, but remember to register to vote and use Napster responsibly. Petition count: 14,834
