YALE UNBLOCKS NAPSTER

3/26/00 - Yale University changed its policy toward Napster this past week. The university has banned access to the site during peak daytime hours -- 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays. Off-peak access remains unchanged for now. We applaud the efforts put forth by Yale, in order to provide internet access to all of it's students, instead of ruling with a closed mind. We have a good feeling that when Indiana University releases it's Internet Draft on April 11th, many other schools will deem it a viable resource in handling their bandwidth problems.
