IU MEETING IN THE WORKS

3/7/00 - The IT policy officers at Indiana University have decided to meet with the deans, as well as the proper student representation. SAUC is in the process of talking to the student representation to make sure that our voice is heard. SAUC would like to advise all students to be persistent when contacting their proper university policy makers. Contact your student representation as well and make sure they know that you want to resolve this issue responsibly and efficiently. Make them aware that banning internet applications makes things worse. Advise the administration to educate and inform the students instead of cutting out new technology.
